photowalls

large-format photo installations for lobbies, cruise ships, hotels, offices, and private spaces

All of these photowalls are site-specific works with motifs that either correspond to the overall design concept of the respective space, the surroundings/nature, or—as can be seen in more abstract designs—invite the viewer to engage with the oscillating compositions by walking past them or pausing in front of them for a moment.

Various techniques, surfaces, and designs have been used: reverse printing on glass, prints on fabrics and metal plates, flat-mounted or

curved, three-dimensional objects that separate areas from each other, etc.

Lightboxes or backlit constructions provide indirect lighting or organize and illuminate specific spaces.
